At the Konosu plant, in Japan, we produce engines that meet customer expectations by using the production technology and know-how we have cultivated over more than six decades. We make use of our strength in integrated manufacturing, which covers the whole process of casting, machining, assembly and inspection, for high-quality, high-precision and stable production.

  The Konosu plant started as a casting plant. We produce cylinder blocks, heads and other components for engines, based on the many years of experience and skills of our expert staff at the casting plant. We are also striving to improve productivity and safety by introducing robots for moving bulky products.

  Machining of internal components is considered the determining factor in engine performance. Our products undergo multiple rounds of minute adjustments based on the sensibility and skills of our craftsmen, and an optimal set of equipment.

  We have a flexible line to assemble engines of varied configurations in response to fluctuations in production requirements. Our production line is highly precise and efficient due to the technical strengths of our well-trained staff as well as stable and streamlined operations performed by robots.

  We carry out thorough quality control using cutting-edge inspection equipment and an uncompromising inspection system. The inspection process begins with precision inspection of internal components and ends with an inspection of the engines immediately before shipping.
